By placing an order, You confirm that You have read, understood and accepted these following policy.
30-Day Exchange & Return Policy
If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order,or not in love etc.), please
contact us within 30 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved
then you can return the Item to us with the order number on the packaging(The order number is very important on
the packaging,because we need to return your money accroding the correct order number).Of course we will be sending
a replacement if you accept this way( just please tell us what new models you need). Please do not return anything before we
review the case,our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions.
wasmax reserves the right to refuse any return request, if the return is caused by malicious competitive business practices.
Disclaimer:You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(Unless the Item quality has problems).
Return&Exchange Service Procedure:
1.Please login to your wasmax account and locate the order you are not satisfied with.
2.Please contact wasmax support.Please select the service type, either an Exchange or Refund. Choose the specific Item and describe the
issues that have caused the need for a refund/exchange. Please upload your original prescription if you have a prescription issue.For
damaged/defective Item, pictures are also necessary.
3.Once we received your request, your exclusive Customer Service representative will email you back to rectify the issue with 24 hours
(48 hours on weekends). Please check your spam folder if you don't hear back from us prior to chasing us up as it might have gone into this
folder. Please follow the instructions that are provided by our customer service representative.

My Item were damaged on arrival. What can I do?
We will take full responsibility for Damaged goods problems and we can remake totally free or offer a full refund.
Please contact us immediately, and provide us with your order number, Item number, along with pictures of the damaged item.
The Item received are not what I ordered!
We will take full responsibility if we have not fulfilled your order according to your order details: prescription, Item (color, and style), and Item type
(thickness, color, and coatings). If the prescription is incorrect, please send us a photo of your original prescription, along with the order number,
and Item number. If you received the wrong Item, please send us a photo of it, along with your order number and Item number.
I received Item with missing parts or defects.
If you received Item with missing parts, please send us a photo, along with your order number and Item number.
If your Item have defects, please send us photos of defects, along with your order number, and Item number.
If you are missing parts or the Item have little defects that will not affect normal wear, and you'd like to accept
the Item,we can send you a voucher or partial-refund as compensation.
The Item are broken after wearing less than 30 days.
If your Item are subsequently faulty due to the workmanship/quality of the materials within 30 days of receiving them,
a new pair will be remade and resent to you at no additional cost to you. Or alternatively we can send you a discount code to
put towards the purchase of new Item and include free shipping with wasmax.
The Item are good, but I do not think they look good on me.
If you do not like the style, the please contact us within 30 days of receiving the Item. Please just send them
back to us or exchange new item for you.Just please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs
for returning your item.
Oh, no! I entered the wrong prescription./I entered an expired prescription.
You only need to order a new Itemes single with the corrcet prescription from wasmax,then we will send the corrcet Itemes to you.
